Qualifications

Dr. Baker earned his Doctor of Business Administration degree in Personnel and Organizational Behavior from Indiana University. Prior to creating the Management Center, Dr. Baker was a management professor at the University of Missouri, St. Louis. Dr. Baker is recipient of many scholastic, civic, and professional awards, including a special achievement award presented at the White House by the President of the United States.
